The Tic Tac® "Refresh Your Summer" Contest (the "Contest" or “Promotion”) is sponsored by Ferrero Canada Ltd. (the "Sponsor"). The Contest starts on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM (ET) (the " Contest Opening Date"). The Contest closes on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the "Contest Closing Date").

This Contest is separate and apart from the “Refresh Your Summer" Sweepstakes promotion offered simultaneously by Sponsor’s affiliate in the United States.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to individuals who are residents of Canada of legal age in their Province or Territory of residence and located in Canada at the time of entry.

The Contest is not open to the Sponsor, the independent contest management agency appointed by the Sponsor to administer the Contest (the "Agency" or “Administrator”), or any of their respective parents, related and affiliated companies, or employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, successors, Festival Entities or assignees thereof (collectively the "Contest Group"), or any persons residing in the same household with members of the Contest Group.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Contest is governed by Canadian law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER:The Contest shall begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 5, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2025 ("Promotion Period"), subject to eight (8) Entry Periods as defined in Section 3 below. During the Promotion Period, Entrants will be directed to www.tictacsummer.ca and instructed to follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form, which includes entering Entrant's first and last name and e-mail address. Submission of the completed online entry form will result in:

• One (1) entry in the Grand Prize random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize (defined below);
• One (1) entry in the random drawing for a chance to win a First Prize (defined below) for the Entry Period in which it was received.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion.

Enter: To enter the Promotion, you must visit www.tictacsummer.ca and complete all required information on the online entry form (including name and e-mail address.) All Eligible Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2025 to be entered in the Grand Prize drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize; and, for a chance to win a First Prize, all Eligible Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the applicable Entry Period.

By entering using a mobile device, entry may require data usage or incur data usage charges. Such charges may apply regardless of whether you are successful in entering the Promotion. Check your mobile plan for rates/details before submitting an entry. Wireless access may not be available in all areas.

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day.Additional entries received from the same person or e-mail address in excess of this limit will be void; egregious or repeated violations may result in disqualification from Contest. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged and, any such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility for the Contest nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor/Administrator . Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or invalid entries, which will be disqualified.

Entries will NOT roll over to subsequent Entry Periods, if any, but will be retained for the Grand Prize drawing. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification with all entries being declared void. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts, or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, Sponsor’s products, or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules .

3. WINNER SELECTION-RANDOM DRAWINGS FOR GRAND PRIZE AND FIRST PRIZES. There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize, and eight (8) First Prizes (consisting of one (1) First Prize per Entry Period). Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon the number of Eligible Entries received during Promotion Period. Odds of winning a First Prize depends upon the number of Eligible Entries received during a given Entry Period. Each “Entry Period” begins on the start date at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and concludes on the end date at 11:59:59 p.m. ET as set forth in the chart below.

The drawing date for the Grand Prize winner will be on or about July 2, 2025.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION- GRAND PRIZE, FIRST PRIZES: One (1) Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected and contacted on or about July 2, 2025 by Administrator via e-mail. Each Entry Period’s First Prize winner will be selected and contacted on or about the date indicated in the chart above by Administrator via e-mail. All random drawings will be conducted at the offices of Administrator in Yorktown Heights, NY, U.S.A. If one’s entry is selected in a random drawing, as a condition of being a potential prize winner, such selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing questions without assistance of any kind. IN ALL CASES, UNLESS AND UNTIL A SELECTED ENTRANT CORRECTLY ANSWERS THE MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION, HE/SHE IS NOT A POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER.

5. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize winner will receive: (i) a 5-night stay at a Hotel (at a hotel to be selected by the Sponsor) in Chicago, IL for the winner and three (3) guests who must be the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside (2 premium rooms/double occupancy), (ii) International economy roundtrip air travel for the winner and three (3) guests from an airport near the winner’s home to an airport near Chicago, IL, (iii) Includes car transportation to and from Chicago airport, (iv) Includes a total of $2,000 (CDN) spending cash, and (v) four (4) VIP Tickets to the 2025 Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago, IL on July 31, 2025 – August 3, 2025 (“LOLLAPALOOZA”). VIP tickets include: unlimited access to Lollapalooza VIP lounges featuring relaxed seating, shade and air-conditioned restrooms plus direct access to the on-field viewing areas to include dedicated food for purchase, golf cart shuttle transportation between Lollapalooza VIP lounges North and South, jumbo screen in Lollapalooza VIP lounge North with live streaming from the main stages, complimentary express hair and glitter treatments, lawn games and more, dedicated VIP Concierge to assist with your onsite needs, and dedicated premium entrance into Lollapalooza. Grand Prize winner and guests must verify they are 21+ in order to receive the full benefits of the Grand Prize. Those 18-20 in age will not be able to partake in the full service bar element of the Grand Prize package. Grand Prize Total ARV $16,000 (CDN).

First Prizes: A total of eight (8) First Prizes (1 per Entry Period), each prize consisting of a pair (2 tickets) of a 4-Day General Admission to Lollapalooza for ALL four days of the festival. DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, TRAVEL OR ANY FORM OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM VENUE.

ARV of each First Prize: $1,000 (CDN).

Prize Conditions

To accept Grand Prize or First Prize

(a) Winner must be available to attend the LOLLAPALOOZA. However, if a winner does not wish to accept the prize as awarded, they may request that the Sponsor substitute the prize with a cash payment or a gift card of equivalent value.

(b) This substitution is at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash payment or a gift card of equivalent value if the winner requests such substitution. The decision to grant a cash payment or a gift card of equivalent value prize is entirely at the Sponsor's discretion and may not be demanded by the winner. The Sponsor is under no obligation to provide a cash payment or a gift card of equivalent value prize unless they choose to do so. If the Sponsor decides not to substitute the prize, the winner must accept the prize as awarded or forfeit their rights to the prize without compensation of any kind.

(c) If prize is forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries received for applicable random drawing (time permitting).

(d) Tickets to the LOLLAPALOOZA are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith. Tickets are not intended for use by anyone other than winner and his/her guest(s) including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter. The LOLLAPALOOZA is an outdoor event and subject to postponement or cancellation due to inclement weather or any other force majeure event. Venue restrictions also apply, perhaps including security screening, prohibition on bringing weapons and other items into venue as well as restrictions on size and type of bags allowed in venue.

(e) Winner and guest(s) must at all times act in an appropriate, well-behaved, and respectful manner as well as following all safety and other instructions as well as venue code of conduct during attendance at the LOLLAPALOOZA. The preceding includes but is not limited laws/regulations or policies (of Canada, the United States or any political subdivision of either country or any business entity) designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or providing proof of vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; required quarantine. Violation of any of the foregoing may result in termination of prize in which case Sponsor and Administrator shall not have any liability under any legal theory. Winner and guest must abide by all LOLLAPALOOZA and venue policies. Festival Entities reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/LOLLAPALOOZA personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/LOLLAPALOOA policy or law, or may bring LOLLAPALOOZA into disrepute. Winner and guests must have a valid piece of government issued photo identification to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after LOLLAPALOOZA. Any unclaimed and/or unused tickets will remain the property of Festival Entities. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use (https://www.frontgatetickets.com/terms-of-use) and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of LOLLAPALOOZA.

For Grand Prize:

(a) Winner and all guests must travel together on same itinerary. Flights will be determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion. Valid travel documents (including passport) are required for travel and are the sole responsibility of winner and guests.

(b) Each guest of winner must complete, sign, and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. If guest fails to do so, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the winner and the actual number of guests accompanying them to the LOLLAPALOOZA and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

(c) If winner chooses to accept the Grand Prize without the full complement of three (3) guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the winner and the actual number of guests accompanying them to the LOLLAPALOOZA and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

(d) Winner and guests will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other “perks” in conjunction with prize travel. The use of upgrade certificates is not permitted for flights.

(e) The Prize winners and their travelling companion are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment; costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Prizes originate and terminate there, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired; obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations. Use of the airfare tickets are subject to the air carrier’s general conditions of carriage.

(f) The Prize winner and his/her travelling companion understand and acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases and understand it remains his/her responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any health hazards, including but not limited to Covid-19. The Prize winner also understands it is his/her responsibility to verify if his/her travel insurance policy covers incidents related to the trip.

LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

Subject to the Sponsor's approval in its sole discretion, a winner may choose to request a cash payment or a digital gift card of equivalent value in lieu of the prize. This selection must be made in a signed writing and, once made and approved by the Sponsor, is irreversible absent extraordinary circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner chooses the cash payment or digital gift card, they will receive the cash value of the prize instead of the prize itself.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within an indicated time period as a condition of receipt of prize. Failure to do so or if winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will result in prize forfeiture. In such case, an alternate winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries received for the applicable random drawing (time permitting). Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the suppliers’ terms; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No prize transfer or cash redemption are permitted (except as expressly set forth herein). No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), prize must be accepted as awarded. Any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded.

6. Official Rules Govern
In the event of a conflict between the Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee of the Sponsor regarding the Contest, these rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials including, but not limited to, the registration form, packaging, point of sale, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

7. Indemnification
By submitting an entry into this Contest, each entrant confirms his or her understanding of and compliance with these Official Rules. Each entrant hereby releases and holds Contest Group, Festival Entities† (taken together, Contest Group and Festival Entities constitute the Released Parties) harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of the Official Rules, or any Prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

8. Limitation of Liability
Incomplete entries, damaged entries, illegible entries, or entries received after the Contest Closing Date will not be accepted. The Released Parties take no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or late entries which for any reason are not received before the Contest Closing Date, or for printing, distribution, or production errors. None of the Released Parties assumes any responsibility for any problems or technical malfunctions of or relating to any telephone network or lines, mobile platforms, unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications (regardless of whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest), human error in the processing of entries in this Contest, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of any Prize or in any Contest-related materials; nor will any of the Released Parties assume any responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s or any person’s computer or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers" arising as a result of participating in this Contest.

For avoidance of doubt, none of the Released Parties assumes any liability for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages which may be sustained to an entrant's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from an entrant's attempt to either participate in the Contest or download any information in connection with participating in the Contest or use of the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Website is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Furthermore, none of the Released Parties assumes any liability for any additional aspects of the Contest, including but not limited to any and all liability, claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental, or consequential, for the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any Prize or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to activity related thereto).

9. Contest Administration
All entries are the property of the Sponsor, and none shall be returned. All decisions regarding the Contest remain with the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Official Rules, deliberately damage the Website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief (including legal fees) from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include banning or disqualifying entrants from this and future Sponsor contests. In its sole determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person and to void all such person’s associated entries. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Contest should fraud, computer viruses, programming bugs, or other reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the security, proper play, operation, or administration of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Contest Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Contest Rules, or as a result of technical problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Contest Rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria of this Contest. "Authorized Account Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an e-mail address and/or telephone number, by an Internet access provider, online service provider, telephone service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Quebec
For Quebec residents only, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the RACJ for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the RACJ only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.

10. Privacy and Publicity Rights
When you voluntarily choose to participate in the Contest, personal information including, but not limited to your: first name, last name and email will be collected from you by the Sponsor. If you are determined to be a potential prize winner, additional personal information including but not limited to your mailing address, city, province/territory and postal code will be collected from you by the Sponsor. Such personal information is referred to collectively as "Registrant Information".

By entering this Contest and providing this information (if and as applicable), you consent and agree to the Sponsor’s/Administrator’s collection and use of the Registrant Information to administer this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.tictac.com/ca/en/privacy-policy). Please note that personal information provided as part of this Contest may be collected in, transferred to, processed, and stored in jurisdictions outside of Canada which may not have as robust protections for personal information as Canada (including the United States). Such information will be subject to the general laws applicable within those jurisdictions, including, without limitation, possible access by regulatory authorities. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BEING TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE CANADA, YOUR SOLE RECOURSE IS NOT TO ENTER THE CONTEST.

By winning any Prize in this Contest, in consideration for the Prize, each entrant authorizes the Sponsor to use, his/her name, city of residence, voice, statements, photographs and (or) another image for advertising purposes, without any consent or additional remuneration whatsoever, unless prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law
The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations. The Official Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between an entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, including procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Any words herein importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and vice versa in both the singular and the plural.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Official Rules, as applicable, the English version shall prevail, govern, and control.

12. REQUEST FOR WINNERS' NAMES: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: The Tic Tac ^® "Refresh Your Summer" Contest 2025 Contest Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 870 Locke Ln, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 U.S.A. Winners' names will be sent after prizes have been awarded. Requests received after August 30, 2025 will not be honored.
